Enjoy staying at Sandalwood, a brand new home located in Seagrove Beach! This wonderful house is freshly decorated in Watercolor stylings with only a short walk to the beach! Enjoy the privacy of the small, 16-home community of Magnolia Dune, located directly on Scenic 30A. Walking distance to Angelina’s Pizzeria, Cafe 30A & Goatfeather’s Seafood Market! Two adult beach cruiser bicycles are included – Go for a bike ride to Seaside to enjoy the dining, shopping, farmers market & outdoor summer concerts! Guests will delight in the outdoor living space in the front and back of the house. The front porch features a porch swing and seating, perfect for soaking up the ambience of the peaceful beach neighborhood. The entire family can enjoy a cookout on the outdoor deck off the first floor living area. There is plenty of seating along with a propane gas grill surrounded by lush landscaping.

The first floor features an elegantly designed living room with a 55” flat screen television and dvd player. Just around the corner you can also find the kitchen appointed with beautiful marble countertops and a convenient island. This dream kitchen is fully stocked with brand new high-end cookware and appliances. The kitchen overlooks a gorgeous wood farm dining table with seating for up to nine. The center island offers three stools for additional seating. Guests can also enjoy the quaint sitting area off the kitchen with two plush armchairs, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning. There is one queen bedroom on this floor with a flat screen tv and easily situated right next to the full bathroom and wet bar.

On the second floor you can find four more bedrooms. The first is a custom bunk bedroom with one twin/twin bunk, each with their very own 19” flat screen television and a separate single twin bed with its own 22” flat screen television. The second is a king bedroom with a flat screen television and dvd player. The third is a bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen television and dvd player. These rooms share a very spacious full bathroom that features double vanities for convenience. The fourth bedroom is the luxurious master bedroom. This lovely bedroom features a plush king bed, a private bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. The master also has a small patio with a table and two chairs with a partial gulf view and full pool view. Also available is a high-end twin EZ convertible bed for additional sleeping. Sandalwood is a fabulous home perfect for creating this year’s beach memories!
